Cloudiness and occasional showers expected to continue this afternoon as ITCZ activity and
wake clouds affect our islands. Moisture levels are expected to remain elevated into Friday.
Residents and motorists should exercise caution.
We are monitoring a large area of showers and thunderstorms associated with a vigorous tropical wave. Environmental conditions are forecast to be conducive for gradual development, with a 60% chance that a tropical depression could form next week over the tropical Atlantic Ocean.
